Anyone bought or knows of a company selling motherboards with the new nvidia nforce chipset in them yet ?

Need to build a PC for a mate and have heard good things about this chipset. (He doesn't want to stump up for a GeForce3)

I wouldn't get a motherboard with integrated video, as you're knackered come the inevitable upgrade.

Dabs were selling off the Geforce2 GTS for 70 quid-ish - I got a "b-grade" one for 45 quid...

I understand, but he's not one to upgrade his video card, and I think the onboard bandwidth would be cool.

Besides, he can disable the integrated video card in a couple of years time if he wants to upgrade. NForce comes in 2 flavours, with the integrated video or just the integrated bridge chipset.

My trade price list from an Asus distie says the A7N-266/A/LAN is delayed until 12th November.

Think Microstar were to be the first to get one out the door.
