A suspected car thief who spent 20 hours on a rooftop was delivered cigarettes and a KFC meal - because police wanted to protect his human rights .... He was first given a pack of cigarettes and a can of Pepsi, but the drink was refused and a two-litre bottle was demanded instead .....

But they are trying to kill him by giving him cigarettes and KFC and Pepsi. All those products contain cancer and heart disease accellerants

I hate **** like this. 
as soon as he starts throwing stuff at police thats attempted murder as far as i'm concerend. if your hit with a roof tile from 50 feet up its gonna cause you all sorts of problems!

I live in gloucester and the roads around the siege were ****e, 5 min journey to the cinema last night took 25 minutes, the amount of people that missed the first 20 mins or so..

Of course not because he's black and if the police did anything wrong they would have been lampooned for the next 20 years. Abit like the outcry over the urban turbans who were raided. As a police spokesman with some common sense what do you want us to do? ignore it and perhaps suffer a bomb that kills 200 innocent people? Its about time this effing country woke up and dealt with situations with extreme force.

When they corner 4 real terrorists - Shoot to kill.
When they are following someone who lives is the same block of flats as a suspected terrorist - give a clear and proper challenge - then shoot him if he runs away.
