Unfcuking believable If he is classed as high risk what the hell is he doing out of jail? What is the point of our judicial system if it allows for this to happen?

Lets just hope a member of the public gets to him before the police do and stop him from ever being able to offend again

Just another one of many recent examples such as the foreign rapists and murderers who weren't deported proving the judicial system in this country needs to have a serious overhaul before more innocent lives are ruined by our pathetic legal system
