Selling my Sofa's - advice needed
Hi
Me and the Mrs have just bought 2 new Sofa's which are being delivered in "4-6 weeks". My current Sofa's are still in pretty good condition but the only reason we bought new ones is because the Mrs got a nice end of year bonus.
My current Sofa's are about 5 years old and they cost in total £2,400. Like i say they are in still pretty good condition - too good just to throw away so we would like to sell them. We don't want much for them - say only a couple of hundred quid max but my question is where do you think would be the best place to advertise?. They would be ideal for say someone just moving into a new place and just wanted some sofa's as a temporary measure.
I was thinking of putting them on "the bay", but when i had a look there are literally hundreds on there so i dont know if they would sell
Any suggestions???
Cheers

Bit rich from the man that shops at Costco! Maybe you could pick them up on your way back from shopping (if you can fit them in with your years supply of loo rolls )

Whats your local evening paper, see if they have a free internet section for classifieds.Lots of local papers are setting them up to accompany their traditional classified section.
Our local rag has one and my sister recently sold loads of furniture this way. The advantage is you can post a pic and cos its local its easy for people to collect.
This is ours
