I'm lost for words
Having visited the lovely area of Devon last week I had an experience that made me sad to be British. We stayed in a nice hotel near Lyme Regis and before coming back to Germany I asked the receptionist if there was a bakery nearby that I could purchase a few fresh Cottage loaves from to bring back. I nearly feinted when she said that "I couldn't call it that" WTF???!!?? She went on to tell me that they hadn't been called that for a few years now and were referred to as "Thatched Loaves" 
Can anyone give any possible explanation for this?

I'm sure Karl would have a case against Scoobynet, for letting this medium be the source of his oppression, purely because he lives in Germany!
