Default Difference between Tracker Monitor/Horizon

Can someone explain the difference between the two?

Also I have been quoted a figure of £479 for monitor and £699 for Horizon. Is that a fair price.

Thanks

Default

monitor has movement sensors that trigger the system being activated. someone from tracke then calls you up asking if you know your car is on the move. If it shouldnt be then the tracker signal is activated alerting all the donut eaters in the local area.

difference with horizon... once activated, the operator can see the vehicle's position on a pc and phone the donut eaters and guide them in to the knicked motor.
