I ordered something online and when it was delivered they charged me a higher price. I have saved the webpage confirming the prices.

where can i look up my rights? i'm pretty sure they are acting illegally in this instance

well the background is that they recently announced they cancelled online discounts, but i managed to get the discounted price online.

OK, but have you actually asked them why, when the offer was still available when you actually applied? It may just be an admin error that they will happily rectify. If they refuse, then start looking down other avenues.
