Hi all

Bought a GBA at the w/e (£130) and have to say i'm pretty impressed with it. Basically its a shrunken down Snes.

Anyone else got one?

Anyone suggest any good games (got Super MarioWorld so far)

Anyone suggest any good GBA sites?

Cheers

Neil

Wink

My missus has one. She's got the Castlevania game and the better of the two GT car racing games (can't remember which one).

Castlevania is a good platform game with different weapons/armour configurations, bosses, etc.

GT game is OK. You can mod your car a la gran turismo but the actually gameplay is somewhat more primitive

I'd try :
Games Radar
Gamespot

Thumbs up

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 is very good. F-Zero is a bit difficult but fun if you stick with it.

Doom and Duke Nukem are out soon, in time for Xmas!!!

I'm thinking about getting one.

Cheap games etc at:

http://www.play247.com

(use them a lot for DVD and CD).

Unhappy

All the games are in the £30-35 region at the moment. This is probably because it is a new console with not too many games available and Xmas is just around the corner.

A good site is http://www.play247.com

I've bought many DVDs and CDs from them but no games yet (waiting for Doom). Prices include shipping and they deliver within a few days. The GBA is not region coded so US games will play on UK consoles.

I've got one, Street Fighter, GT racing thingy, Super Mario Kart. Girlfriend has one two but only has Super Bomberman.

Street Fighter is cool if you like the arcade version, Super Bomber is very addictive...

Got the consoles and import games from http://www.madeiragames.com/ who seem pretty good!

Just bought the console for £79 and the GT car game for £28, both from play247.com

Getting the Electronics Boutique own brand AC adaptor, as it is miles cheaper than the Nintendo one.

Also got a carry case for £5.99 from Electronics Boutique so I don't scratch the screen.

Simon.
