Sheffield arena April 29th
My Dad used to make me listen to it when I was little.
I was terrified by the death ray and he thought by playing the album a lot I'd get over it!
Love the album now though.
As revenge I'm taking him along and I'll scare the s**t out of him with my driving

Went last night what a great show, made the hairs stand up and all that
Jeff Wayne, Justin Heywood and Richard Burtons head hovering over the stage, what more could you want .
For those of you who are going you wont be dissappointed.
One problem we had was that our seats had been sold twice fortunately we got there first

Sorry Simon been away .
The show is exactly as narrated on the original lp by Richard Burton, a head is above the stage with his face super imposed on to it. A film is playing in the background with various bits of animation showing the story.
Jeff Wayne is conducting an orchestra, Justin Heywood comes on to sing his bits. Russell Watson plays the parson
Great show, well worth seeing even if your not a W.o.t.W. fan, my missus new nothing about it but she enjoyed it.
Tickets did go fast, we got our tickets in October, but only managed to get them because they added another night, was only originally on for one night.
