Question Bell and Ross: New Function with digital option?

Would this happen to have the same inner workings as the late 80's Omega Seamaster Multifunction?

I just happen to see one, and the digital read out is identical to my old Seamaster.


(I might be directing this at a certain watch expert )

I know nothing about a mulit-function SpeedMaster and Ive never heard of Bell and Ross...

But now I have, and you may have cost me a few bob....

Oh well. It is a nice looking watch though - tempted myself

Just the similarity of the display on the multifunction digital versions are uncanny:
