you will have to wait 7 days, and then file for an unpaid item, then wait another 7 days, close the dispute, get your fees back and get the re-listing for free! Or you could offer it to the 2nd highest bidder to speed things up.

ONLY way to sell electrical goods on ebay is make it clear that the sale will likely get ruined by a scammer so you are open to early ending for the right price or happy to send out 2nd chance offers.

i have sold a few things on ebay now with big warnings saying the auction WONT end as normal and people should offer a price by email direct.....i'm sure ebay dont like it but havent caught up with me yet.

So what happens if you take the paypal payment and wait? How long does paypal take to say it was fraudelent (sp) but (you acted) in good faith?
