Can I start this by saying I know I have zero street cred and I really don't care! So 
If I'm stressed then 'Easy' by the Commodores is guarnateed to chill me out. If I need a pick me up then 'Affirmation' by Savage Garden usually makes me smile. And if I just need a general pick me up, then these days Madonnas 'Hung up' usually does the trick.
Of course, being a girl, when I've been wronged by evil males in the past then nothing will ever beat 'I Will Survive'. We're all a bit Bridget Jones at heart!
