Try logging in again - it will tell you you have already registered and take you to account/services page - should be able to download from there

tried that

did you have to download a software program and then run it from your desktop?

From what i understand it should have asked me on the sign up to download the "skybybroadband" program and it should now be on my desktop.

Is it a file you could e-mail me?

Do you have to put your username etc into it and then press go?

If you go to the Sky homepage there is a link on there to Sky by Broadband. You have to download the software to run it and I just did what I said above. I actually downloaded the software ages ago and haven't used it, but when I clicked on the shortcut on my desktop, for some reason it wouldn't work so I downloaded it again. Haven't found it particularly quick, though!

You know what's it's like when you want something and you can't have it.

I downloaded it straight from the sky website.

clicky

Used it twice and wasn't impressed, they of course copyright everything you download and give you 28 days to watch it then it's gone.
The client they use that runs in the background to download the stuff is painfully slow i'm on 2mb broadband and a 800mb file took almost a day, thats without the fact that the programme itself kept crashing. Lost count of how many times it asked if i wanted to send a report to Microsoft
So i gave in and uninstalled it only to find that the client software doesn't install when you click uninstall sky by broadband, there is no uninstall option for the download client. It was still on my pc happily contacting sky broadcasting according to my firewall.

Wasn't impressed myself
