Thanks very much, great to be back, they did a great job as ever and it gets a bit less painful every day. Just have to hope for the best now. All those people at the sharp end of the NHS are oustanding.

Ha ha PSL, how did I know you could not resist that one.
I'll make the point that the people who work at the sharp end of the NHS are truly outstanding in their concern for and their selfless care of the patients.
Its a shame though that so much of the cash put into the NHS is wasted in over administration and so many wasteful decisions.
