Not sure how much you paid but you can get the LE32M51B for £1100 that is a much better quality screen than the R51.
Just looked at Dixons site not a bad price but still more than most online shops and I cannot understand how anyone would buy one instore.

Got a LE32R41BD which is exactly the same model, but the front bezel is slightly different shape. Dixons/Currys have an exclusive deal on the R51BD so that no-one can price match it from any other shops....sneaky huh!
Anyway, got my R41 for £817 incl vat & delivery back in October.
Great telly.

£841 here:

Then get John Lewis to price match and get a free 5 yr guarantee as well.

Still a very good tv I have the LE23R41b but solely for the 360. Have a look at the Samsung Home cinema HD DVD package. It is beautiful.

I considered that one for ages before I ended up buying a 32" LG lcd - I prefered the picture and the design on the LG.
I spent about half an hour chatting to a salesman in Curry's, decided on the one I wanted, then got it £230 cheaper on the net!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but there are tons of people over at avforums that are having problems with the Samsung LCDs. Have a browse through the LCD forum and hope non of the faults occur on your screen.

Tons is perhaps an overstatement. Show me any tv on avforums, and you'll see problems Fussy lot. Some of the issues are pretty obscure as well.
Mine has been fine for 6 months+.

Exactly, there are probably thousands out there and you'll only hear from no more than 100 people complaining making it a major issue when in fact its a very small percentage of people having trouble.
