You are missing the fact that unless you live in a city it doesn`t f**king work on 3G. It just reverts to vodafone network. However it does work if you are on the motorway. They promise that it will work eventually though , basically its all hype. If like me you live out in the wilds of the lake district getting a signal of any kind is a bonus .

Dont waste your time.

Two empty cans and piece of string are a more effective and reliable form of communication.

I live in portsmouth and have been on 3g for a few years now and never had any problems the only drawback is the sim card for 3 phones is different to all other so you can only use 3 phones

im on 3g as well, never had any problems. If you drop out of a 3g coverage area, it connects automatically onto another network so you can still make and recieve calls, you will not lose your minutes by this happening. In fact the only thing it really stops you doing is making video calls.

I've got the best of both worlds - Vodafone 3G which uses 3G when available and drops to good old GSM the rest of the time.

I haven't had a signal dropout (except in tunnels and buildings) since moving tariffs. Plus I have a cool phone and 500 free minutes, 150 texts and 10Mb of data a month as well

Excellent value for money if you remember to cash-in the cash-back deals.

Can be had for under a tenner a month if you look hard enough

Orange will price match 'three' retail prices, if you're a good long standing customer.
