look at http://www.ezydvd.com.au they have all 13 discs, 3 episodes per disc. Because of the strength of the pound vs the aussie dollar and not having to pay goods and sevice tax on export purchases, they are selling them for about £9 per disc!!!!!! I will be getting some come next payday. I've used these guys before and they deliver in a matter of days.

The copies available from Blackstar are videos not DVDs!!
Monkey is only available at the moment on DVD in Australia and New Zealand. These are PAL, Region 4.
I have seen these in shops in Oz while I was over there a few months ago but they only had a few random episodes and I didn't want to get them out of order. I think I will get the first 2 discs to see if it still as good (or is that bad!!) as I remember before spending out on th whole series.
