You can see the arch from Hampstead Heath, where you can also see Ashburton Grove. Ashburton Grove looks very smart!

Drove past Wembley few months back, outside looks okay, am told the inside is pretty grim still and unlikely to be ready for May. Amazes me how these comapnies are allowed to go over budget and time frame. Every other country pops up amazing stadia in months!

In fact, you can see the arch from Richmond Hill, too! And from my mates high rise flat in Battersea (not sure he'd let you in to see it, though!)

You're right! Didn't mean to make him sound miserable! Feel free to turn up, his address is Flat 249, Dela Building, Nielson Man House, 1284 Battersea River Road, SW18 4DN.....

Tell him I sent you. He'll be fine. An expect a cuppa too!

P.S Only worth going on a clear day! He works nights, so any time during the day is fine!

McAlpine have had some amazing projects! Just looked at their site and they built the original Wembley! Why didn't they get the contract this time!!

They knew it was a bad job and walked away from it! Im sure i read in the press it had somthing to do with Contract conditions? Bet they are glad they did now when you look at the losses Multiplex have incurred!

Hmmm, a valued opinion that was very well made.

Have you seen the photos from the link below? It may not look pretty at the moment, but it will not look **** when it is complete. It's not a great area, admittedly, (i think you meant **** area too) take a little pride though, this will be our national stadium! Most building sites are EYESORES but sure it won't be for long! And the Wembley towers were one of the most famous sporting landmarks in the world, it's hardly rational to delacre them ****!

By all accounts there aren't enough hours in the day to meet the FA cup deadline.

I believe there is work of some degree at all hours!
