Unhappy With All The Excitement of ScoobyNet ...

I've bust my home/office chair!!

The gas strut doesn't hold the air anymore so the seat sinks ...... can they be repaired?

Is it a rubbish tip job?

Where are the best home/offic chairs? For best please read VALUE!!

I would have thought that someone with your engineering expertise you would be down the garden shed fixing it already. Given the broad range of subjects you apply your engineering expertise to I am surprised a little gas strut is defeating you

Personally get yourself down to IKEA and get a new one

Scrap it and get a new one pete. For the best value, why dont you 'borrow' a new one from your workplace.

Best chairs by far, if it's sod the cost, return the leather one and get one of these, I've had mine two years and the difference to any other chair is remarkable.........
