Redundany payment?

Redundany payment?
I was told by my employer that I should have my redundancy payment by today at the latest. After checking with the bank nothing is pending. HR and finance are all on a training course, presumably learning how to do a simple BACS transfer. Does anyone know legally how soon after being made redundant I should need to wait?

been there done it dont worry,
there is no time frame on redundancy payment,
you may well find it will be bac,sd into your bank on your normal salary date.
or alternitivley, a cheque 4-7 days later, ive had both so dont worry,
and the longer it stays out of the bank, the longer it remains unspent
