Making a "time capsule"....

Making a "time capsule"....
My wife is due to give birth to our first child tomorrow 
and I've been toying with the idea of putting a sort of "time capsule" thing together.
I was going to stick some memento's relevant to the baby's date of birth in a box, along with the daily newspaper and other info such as current number 1 in charts and some other sad info. (I know, I'm an anorak)
I just thought it'd be kinda nice to give them when they are older, but I'm running out of ideas for what to include.
Any ideas anyone?

Somewhere my mom has a full collection of currency dated 1974 when I was born.
They are in a time capsule (shoe box) with the news paper from the day and letters and cards of congratulations from friends and family.
I think there are pictures in there too from the day I was born - relatives (many who are no longer with us) holding the baby.
I have a friend who put together like a video diary of the day his daughter was born, no delivery room footage, just narrative from himself, his wife and his kids about the lead up to the event.
Dont forget a pic of your old RB5!!! Sweet motor!!!

My mum and dad didn't have much when I was born in 1928, so they popped some shells in a box for me - to open when I was 21 .....

The thing that gets me over time is prices, so maybe a copy of Exchange and Mart and/or some property pages from somewhere (local rag, usually).
Also, how about a PHOTO of the local petrol pump price display?
BTW, if you know the sex already, car stuff might only be of interest to boys...
