Two job titles...
anyone out there with two job titles? just asking from a cusriosity point of view - my dad said last night that its not uncommon for people to have two titles. there was a guy from RMC he met who was a director of one of the RMC local companies but also the general manager so his business card said -
company name
individual name
DIRECTOR
GENERAL MANAGER
contact details
is that unusual?

I have a "title" which describes my level of achievement in the company's organisational heirarchy and a "position" which describes what it is that I am responsible for - and no, I don't work for peanuts!
e.g. Director, Head of xxxx Dept
HTH
Suresh

thanks for the feedback. thinking about it, two titles or title and position can be the same thing depending on what you do and the size of the organisation you work for, but all comments noted thanks.

Yep. Total pain in the ****
MD Guildford (office - when no-one else can be bothered to take the flack)
Global Practice Leader - Formula One.
Neither on business cards as we have a policy of no titles and no initials after names - which all in all is a pretty good thing!
