The Priest ""If Cascioli does not see the sun in the sky at midday, he cannot sue me because I see it and he does not," he has said."
Is he trying to say he's also seen Jesus
I think the Priest should shut up just in case it does go to court

You two chaps may be interested in a film I watch the other day called the man from earth.
The Man from Earth (2007)
This story reminded me very much of a large chunk of the film. it's worth a watch if you can

It seems quite ridiculouos to me to go to court over what really amounts to personal beliefs. Whatever happens, it won't do anything to prove the existence of Jesus one way or the other.

He lost and was fined 1,500 for slander. He has now appealed to the European Court of Human Rights.
PS Leslie are you saying that the existence of Jesus is a matter of personal belief? Surely the matter of personal belief plays to the matter of whether he is the Son of God and that is not what the case was contesting.

Don't hold your breath DCI . You will soon be too busy for SN anyway from what they are saying.
