Its 1 of the things I think should be 0 tolerance. I don't even take my car keys if I know I'm drinking. No keys, no temptation to jump in the car when I'm slaughtered.
Its not funny seeing 1 of your friends wrapped round a lamp post (second on scene) and the driver thinks its funny. He very quickly saw the un funny side.

This also happens if you are SPEEDING!!!
You take longer to stop, you think you look cool with your speed detector not alerting you to any cameras!!
I know it's hard for you on here to align speed with injury - but you are kidding yourselves!!
Do not speed and do not complain if you get caught .... it's NOT cool, it's NOT clever and it's NOT immune from these results!!

Actually Pete, Speed doesn't kill, its the sudden stop that kills. Speed is proportionate to the level of injury yes, but you don't get injured from doing 70, you only get injured from hitting something.
