Fed up with bad news, cold weather, and depressing freinds, recommend me some feel good films to take me away from all this. Can be old or new, doesn't matter. My fav films are "Something about Mary" and "The Mask".

Depends on what you class as "feel good" - if you mean enjoyment from a movie, then I stand by my claim!!

Otherwise, anything with Peter Kay, Peter Sellers (Pink Panther) and amongst others

By your fav films I'd say a feelgood film for you is comedy really. I'm not a big fan of these types of films, not many so-called comedies have ever made me laugh,I've never seen American Pie or anything with Jim carey on principle, but:

old-Unclebuck,trading places, who's harry crumb, and i sa kingpin for the first time recently, quite sad in places but very good all the same , with some brillaint scenes.

new-maybe some stuff aimed at the younger generation?....toy story, wallace and grommet..The Iron Giant is excellent, but its a bit of a weepie, but with a really good ending, restores your faith, and all that guff....
