Smile will sand kill nitro buggys

as above realy bought my son a nitro buggy for christmas and took it to the beach today seems to have got a lot of sand all over it i mean everyware

does anybody else take thes to the beach on a regular basis ? and are they ok ? do they handle the sand and salt ok ? cheers

btw lots of fun over the little jumps ect

Don't think you should use them on the beach reguarly to be honest - mine ended up rusting up, steering stopped working properly and it generally needed quite a few bits replacing on it. It you do use it on the beach I'd put a good coating of oil on there before hand to protect it.

As above, rust is the killer from the salt

I use mine on the beach. All the axles etc are covered in rust now - but it still works fine.

Tis ace to go down in the evening and jump off all the sandcastles people left in the day!

well the sand is no longer a problem as i drove it into the sea today in one of those ..give your dad ago moments ooops its not working any more

but the good news is the waves washed all the sand off
