Sky + Pin Code ?

My mate had bother with his Sky+ after one of their upgrades so I did a bit of searching.
There have been a huge amount of issues with this and it can only be resolved by calling Sky (on hold for 40 mins and being charged accordingly)

Failing it being the last 4 on your card it is probably the 4 digit code they gave you when you 1st signed up for any PPV football or movies, can you remember yours
