Best funny pics......
I have a space on the wall of my den that needs decorating, and I fancy a mural of funny pics gathered off the net, I'll get the good ones and get them printed out at jesops or something and bang them all into a big picture..

I wouldn't hotlink pics off that guys own webspace....the owner of the site may not like it. 
Better to save and upload to your own webspace 
People who post pics using my webspace normally get them changed to point to an image accusing the poster as a pedo

The point is that if you take it in to Jessops os such for the production of an enlargement there is the possibility, depending on the photo that the person in the shop may ask some questions. Not saying it will happen, but it's possible.

Yes you can, and you can change the pic that sombody has posted a link to
Using a different pic with the same filename.
It is considered as bandwidth stealing by some webmasters, so they retort with some nice gestures
