mobile phone "dilemma"!!!
I'm coming up to the end of my contract.
Currently got a Siemens S65 (not the one for sale in the "For Sale" section - that's wifey's!!! )
Also got a HP Ipaq (hw6515)
My problem is that
1. I don't need to change my phone but I would like to!
2. I can use the Ipaq with my SIM, but you look a bit of a tit with a PDA strapped to your lug hole, and I'm not wearing a StarTrek ear piece!
I've had all the makes before, so am very wary of Nokia (I don't really like the OS, nor the build quality), S/Ericsson (had a T610 - cr@p phone)
Motorola - can't quite put my finger on it, but not sure
Siemens - had a few of these. Good phones/functions let down by poor development & manufacturing
So, what could you recommend? Have Nokia and S/Ericsson got any better?
The functions required are :- phone(!), camera/video(?) voice dialling, Internet, predictive text that learns
Basically, it's everything that my PDA is (but smaller).....
Had a look around the shops yesterday, and couldn't really find anything that took my fancy. Didn't like the V3 Razer keypad (felt horrible)
Help!!!

Looks interesting, but just doing a comparison (on the SE site), the W900i comes out on top.
Don't know whether I need to have a "walkman", as I've already got an Ipod.....
any other suggestions?

ahh - so the P990 is more lke my PDA. Didn't even think about the software side. Shame it doesn't look like it's available for a while (according to Mobile Review.com)
It does look good though.
riiidaa - thought about the PDA side, but the Ipaq is a BIG device
Looked at the N70 - kinda thinking that my phone should be more of a fun-but-techno savvy device, as the PDA does everything else....
Looked at wifey's D500 - found the ergonomics (button presses) annoying. The D600 will be the same. + no voice dial
It's really wierd, as I've never been in this position before. There's always been some phone that I've hankered for. Perhaps it's my age, as it doesn't hold the same attraction as it did before!!
However, it doesn't stop me from wanting something nice
