Exactly the type of thing that gives E-bay such a bad name in some circles.
Especially since the scam has been perpetuated by a whole ring of bogus positive feedback repsonses. How some people can sleep with their consciences escapes me sometimes, it really does.

Yes the original add was underhanded in many respects, but I suspect it was the buyer's greed that resulted in them bidding without checking as they thought they were going to get a bargain. As usual, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

He describes an X-Box and the item header is XBOX PREMIUM PACKAGE not a picture, he includes specifications, classifies it in Console section but its a picture. Its says its got bundled games/accessories, That is totally misleading and you could I think argue its fraud, despite the last line. There is an obvious intention to mislead, that is enough. Caveat Emptor does not include misleading description......

He is clearly suggesting hes selling an xbox360, and deliberately trying to mislead buyers, so I think he'd probably lose if the buyer took action.
Ebay should stop this sort of thing really - it doesnt do their image any favours. I remember someone paid 500quid for a PS2 'box' shortly after they came out.

A few dodgy feedbacks in there as well, appears to be the type who bids then asks questions later then if they get no reply then may or may not pay.....never had any issues myself on ebay but there are some right snakes out there and no doubt.
