We moved house in August and I've only just had the sky dish re-installed today. All connected up and appears to be working fine except. That I can't get C5, C5 , Sky 1 , discovery stuff or the kids stuff. It saysd I need to upgrade the subscription for some reason. I've kept paying the subscription and am currently paying the full whack of £42.50. I'm unfortunately now abroad <cough> anyone seen this before ? I can call them as I have a UK mobile but would like some pointers before I get on the blower.
