Signal Radio covering Staffordshire and Cheshire are running a competition to win either 100k or an F430.

It's a bid to win comp, the rules are:

place a bid by text message to 88821 but, your' bid must be the LOWEST UNIQUE bid to win. text " signal car " followed by your bid in PENCE, ie 100 pounds is 10000, so you text " signalcar 10000 ".

All bids cost 1.50 plus normal network fee.

I DO NOT WORK FOR SIGNAL RADIO, NOR AM I AFFILIATED WITH IT.

AND, I HAVE PLACED A UNIQUE BID.

Sponsors of the comp have advised that there are no unique bids left under 31 pounds.

Signal radio is found on 102.6 FM.

Just got a reply that tells me my bid for "the iPod and 10 albums is unique".

No mention of any £100k or F430.

I sent my bid and had a reply saying my bid was unique but not the lowest.

perhaps it's a regional thing whereby the location of the mobile phone is recognised as being in a particular area or zone.
