Whats the difference between
a gentlemans residence and a house? - We spotted a nice 'house' today, but the agent says it is a fine gentlemans residence, and I ain't no fine gentleman, so that probably means I can't have it

Its also got 15 acres of land with it. I think 15 acres is a reasonable amount of space to have my own quad track, but my wife seems to think you could rent it to a farmer.... wierd

I remember my geography teacher telling me about that area when I was about 11 - moraines and drumlins. Anyway - the land looks like they have chucked it in cos it would be crap for any sort of farming. Still - moraines and drumlins look like just the kind of landscape you need for a bit of craic on a bike or a quad.

nah - the sheep would keep falling over (trying not to give wife ideas that don't involve me breaking arms and legs.... hhhhm - seeing at the agent won't let us buy it I suppose it doesn't matter)
An accurate description would probably be 'goat land'

why would you want to rent out prime motoX land when you can have it all to yourself.
(a quid seems a bit excessive - as above - a farmer could do **** all with it)

On the plus side, there's probably plenty of plug points.

Gentlemans Residence = 'overpriced for what it is, but we'll find some chinless wonder who has inherited some money from Daddy, and he'll pay the price anyway, either that or flog it to a footballer with no taste who thinks it will make him posh'
