Default Blood pressure

Has anyone got a clue what the blood pressure figures mean? Whats good and whats bad in terms of blood pressure is there a rule of thumb?

It's a good thing to have, But not too much or you go dizzy & fall over, worst case scenario, No blood preesure = Dead , Too much & you could end up dead

You don't need to know too much about what the figures mean.120 over 80 is "normal" but everyone is different. Your BP could vary hour by hour, minute by minute! You can have high BP by being overweight, eating too much fat and salt, excessive alcolhol, smoking doesn't help either. Regular exercise is a good idea!

If you want to keep an eye on it, some outlets such as Boots stock simple, accurate (and small!) monitors.

Can this cause nosebleeds as well? Been getting lots lately (not had them since childhood!)
