How to find someone's date of birth?
Been looking for someone for quite a while now (positive reasons btw) & think I might have found them, but need to be sure it's the right person.
I have current name & address etc but need the d.o.b. to definitely verify; any way of finding this without travelling miles to the local library to trawl through the electoral register? (this info not on 192.com or 1837online.com).
Any advice appreciated.

I am sure there will be an online version, or just revert to the good old telephone and ring births death and marriages and see if the information is freely available!? I would probably doubt it with all the scams that go on nowadays, but got to be worth a try?
