Red face Whys he doing this?

I posted recently about my 15yr old Lab/Collie cross, and that i awoke and found him lied in bed with countless feaces, and had to buy some shampoo to clean him with. Now im kind of used to him making a mess on the floor, partly because he cant hold it in whilst everyones at work but, just recently hes started laying in the wee hes done too Why on earth would he do this!!??

Because he's an old dog!

When you're the equivalent of how old your dog is bet you wouldn't be getting out of bed to take a ****. Unfortunately, when dogs start to behave like that it's not a good sign, have you taken him to the vet to be checked out?

Probably because the exertion of getting up and having the **** is knackering him so he then lies down where he is?

If the dog is too weak to get out of the basket, or get up of the floor, it doesn't sound like its got much of a life

Nah its not that, he spends all night (after hes wee'd on floor) walking around the garden etc. Almost impossible to get him to come in.

Rumor has it that there are people actually train for a number of years to be able to set up their own business where one might take such an animal for them to assess. They may well provide you with and answer to your animals problems. I believe they call themselves Vets or such like......
