I'm trying to unlock a picture on my V3 so I can transfer it to my PC but there seems to be no way and the pic doesn't show up on the Phone Tools Programme. Anyone got any suggestions? I've tried Google.

Same problem with mine mate. Is it a picture message that someone has sent you?

I try to open mine; comes up with a message like "downloading" then after about five minutes says error can not download try later...............sick to death of it to be honest so think its going on ebay.

I'm on O2 btw dont know if it has anything to do with setting up a specific function with the service provider.

In my case its a picture that in my 'pictures' folder but its got the little locked symbol like the standard sample pictures that come with the phone. I want to transfer it to my PC but the PC won't 'see' locked pictures in phone tools. Very annoying and seems rather f**cking pointless to me!

ditch the phone for something else,
i've been trying to get a v3x but all the listings get stopped on ebay coz they're all by scammers, look for something else you like
