Thumbs up

www.220magazine.com

Theres a forum too. But the magazine should be in any decent size WHSmiths.

Last Tri I ever did was back at school. I wish I had more impetus to go and do another one. Like any training its getting started thats the hardest bit, but once you get the routine going its easy to keep going.

BTA http://www.britishtriathlon.org/
The best forum site (IMHO) is here http://www.tritalk.co.uk/
And there's lots of us in the forum on runnerworld http://www.runnersworld.co.uk/forum/...urn=12&sp=&v=6
and here is a relatively comprehensive events list http://www.fulontri.com/home/racecalendar.xls
Hope this helps?
PS I would recommend a sprint race at Dorney lake next year as a great first event
Organised by www.humanrace.co.uk

Have fun

You'll be fine I'm doing a 10 week "Boot Camp" style programme at the gym involving 2 mile runs, rolling about in the mud with shuttle runs and exercises and then another 2 mile run.

BTW, you have email regarding an extra team member oh, and how much did you want for your old heart monitor?
