Grrr... o2
Can someone explain if this policy appears correct, because it seems very strange to me.
Set the scene, i have a contract with o2, 200 mins a month with rollover. o2 claim that i will only get a rollover for 3 months. Fair enough, so does this make sense to you?>
January get 200 mins, use 100, 100 rollover
February get 200 mins + 100 rollover use 150, 150 rollover
March get 200 mins + 150 rollover use 210, 140 rollover
April get 200 mins and suddenly they decide that cos 3 months of rollovers have passed they are going to reduce my rollover to 0.
does that seem right??

That is the policy. Happened to me when I was on O2. Count yourself lucky they roll over at all
I remember when it was good old Cellnet, no matter what you used in the month their system automatically put you on which ever tarriff was most cost effective for you - why doesn't anyone do that anymore?!
