Thumbs up Wallace and Gromit in "The Curse of the Were-Rabbit"

What a film! I can honestly say I haven't enjoyed a film as much in years. Just loads of laugh-out-loud, tears-in-the-eyes moments, fantastic animation, superb inventiveness, plus the well-known charm of the two main characters with some new FPMSL additions, combined to make it an absolute must-see. Why he bothered making Chicken Run, I'll never know.

Kids my ****! Just go yourself.

1hr 20mins. But there's a 15 minute support film, featuring the penguins from Madagascar, which is quite entertaining.

When you watch this film though, you honestly wonder how other film makers don't die of shame at some of the paltry efforts they put out.

I can't wait to go and see it I saw a clip of Gromit inside the van with a massive puppet on top of it and he started kicking his legs to the striptease theme - was PMSL

The film is chock-full of moments like that. Not one or two, but a constant stream of stuff that's funny, impressively detailed or superbly characterised; with some hysterical seaside-postcard innuendo (for the grown-ups) and a great deal of large vegetables.

Saw it on Saturday with the mini-Mooses. A solid 8.5/10, though possibly not quite as good as The Incredibles, which really set the standard for kids films in my view.

Apparently the rabbits in this look hilarious!

Will certainly be going to see this when it goes on general release this Friday.

I thought it was much better. Thought robots was aimed more at kids, whereas there were a lot more adult oriented jokes in Incredibles. Both great films though

W & G is better. It's British-oriented, and it's Northern to boot.

Well, Southern from my perspective, but still great. And it mentions Wensleydale, a cheese whose consumption in our house (by mini-Moose #1) is entirely the result of W & G.

Yes, it doesn't go on general release until Friday. Previews were on at some cinemas on the weekend just gone.
