Default Help-Orange "customer service"

Having some probs with orange customer service and id like to escalate it beyond the numpties that answer the phone and don’t call me back

Anyone have an idea who I can find an email address for an MD,CEO , head of customers services(?), anyone with some clout really

Orange's own “customer service” just ignore my emails

Yep , tried the ole disconnections route, no joy, it seems that Orange have a multitude of departments and each specialise in their one area and dont have any cross skilling for want of a better word

Apart from all being cr@p of course...

Just emailed the exe office Rob

thanks all.

Try Bernard Ghillebaert at Orange PCS: 0870 376 8888 or bernard.ghillebaert@organge.co.uk
- He is Executive VP of Orange UK and therefore pretty senior!

Glad you got it sorted Orange just normally keep going down, down and down. Sad really, I've been loyal them, yet that doesn't count. They are above your statutary rights apparently. They can supply a phone which doesn't work, and they can make you pay £15 admin fee to administer the warranty Wan£ers, go else where

Does anyone else have any good contacts they know of within Orange ?
