Help-Orange "customer service"

Having some probs with orange customer service and id like to escalate it beyond the numpties that answer the phone and don’t call me back

Anyone have an idea who I can find an email address for an MD,CEO , head of customers services(?), anyone with some clout really

Orange's own “customer service” just ignore my emails

phone up and say you are cancelling your contract.....that will make them listen.

Phone 0870 870 0862 or email executive.office@orange.co.uk

Orange executive office (complaints) executive.office@orange.co.uk
50 George Street LONDON W1U 7DZ
020 7984 1886

apparently they're good at dealing with complaints..
hope it helps..

Yep , tried the ole disconnections route, no joy, it seems that Orange have a multitude of departments and each specialise in their one area and dont have any cross skilling for want of a better word

Apart from all being cr@p of course...

Just emailed the exe office Rob

thanks all.

Try Bernard Ghillebaert at Orange PCS: 0870 376 8888 or bernard.ghillebaert@organge.co.uk
- He is Executive VP of Orange UK and therefore pretty senior!

:D

Well an email to the exec office seemed to get my problems resolved pretty sharpish!

Thanks for the info.

Amazing the resource that Scoobynet is :)

Glad you got it sorted:) Orange just normally keep going down, down and down. Sad really, I've been loyal them, yet that doesn't count. They are above your statutary rights apparently. They can supply a phone which doesn't work, and they can make you pay £15 admin fee to administer the warranty  Wan£ers, go else where ;)

brybusa 26 September 2005 10:52 AM

Exe office also sorted my problems out, rang the next morning, so thanks again to Rob and all..

Well here we are 18 months on and another problem with Orange which customer services cant resolve, the number Rob gave back then is now out of service and I presume the email address is as well as i havent had response from that.

Does anyone else have any good contacts they know of within Orange ?
