It works the same as Napster (which I subscribe to) where you pay £9.99 a month to download or stream as many tracks to your PC as you want. As soon as you stop subscribing you can no longer play the tracks you have downloaded.
To burn the tracks to a CD you have to buy them (although there is ways of getting round this).
You pay £14.99 a month and you can transfer them to a compatible MP3 player.
I think it is a great way of discovering music and listening to albums before you would spend your money on them.
