Default Highest rate saving account? 4.75% from ING?

ING Direct with the 4.75% savings account.

Anyone know of any higher?

It all depends on how much you're going to save and what access you want to your money etc.

I just transferred some into my new ING but also chucked some into a mini cash ISA which is paying 5.5 with Portman on 25days notice...
ING is really easy to use with the online transfer functionality giving me the opportunity to move my money around and about with no fuss, and I couldnt find one with instant access, easy transfer and a higher %

Alliance & Leicester Online Saver is another good'un. Although my offset mortgage a/c is best at 5.25% and instant access when required.

ING is a good bet as the rate is always good - they dont have a short-term really good rate to suck people in like A&L and others seem to.

Natwest dont seem to advertise it, but they have a 5% ISA to, it doesnt come up on any surveys though. How odd.
