3 Courses? I only have 1! You mean front / back 9 and then 18 hole option?
12 under is pretty good. I can regularly eagle the 3rd hole - on a good day

Favorite is when you get a 12mph wind in the right direction, and you time a perfect drive. Think I got 415 yards or so???
