You can report it to e-bay... don't know if they will do anything though?

There's nothing to report him for?! Hes stated that he's not selling a console. Theres loads on ebay like it especially for plasma tv's and similar ie It looks like they're selling a plasma and in reality its merely a crappy link.

Anyone who doesn't read the FULL e-bay ad when looking at parting with hundred(s) of pounds need their heads read. This ad will only trap stupid people who don't read.

its aimed at youngsters for a start, it lists the item as if its something he is selling, then at the very end, he states hard luck if you didnt read this propperly.

if it was your kid that press buy it now paid up and got sent a link, would it be ok then?

I doubt it very much.

its even worst that people now accept this as the "norm" its wrong, and shouldnt be allowed.

just my 2p and hence why I posted it up.

Why's he set the buy it now price as £115 then? If he was honest he shouldn't of done that. It's a blatant scam on ppl who dont check or read the full advert.

.........therefore..........note to self (or anyone) should be: ALWAYS READ THE FULL ADVERT.

You wouldnt walk into a shop without your glasses on and buy something you could only see as a blur, would you? You would read and check the item fully before parting with well earn cash. Therefore, read and check the full advert, surely?

The whole "buy it now for£115" is proper wrong though......he should be reported for that.

I think Ebay made it a policy to remove all auctions that involved purchasing urls instead of the actual item, so that's probably what did it.
