Question What's gone wrong with the Derby night sky???

WTF is going with the sky tonight???

I'm in Derby, and it's all gone a funny orangy yellowy ochre kind of colour.

Looks lovely, and I would have gone outside to see more if only there weren't hailstones like golf ***** rattling off the ground.

Is the same the rest of t'country?

We had a funny colour sky earlier tonight, within 5 mins there was a right thunder storm, fork lightning, heavy rain and winds, always get it after a nice hot sunny day!!!

I could see the sky lighting up every 5 seconds at work last night, but we had no rain and I heard very little thunder. Was as muggy as hell though.

I always seem to miss the exciting weather

That was in SW London/Surrey btw

We noticed it too. Looking in your direction from Awsworth.

Probably some sort of pollution but it looked pretty cool!
