Actually looking at the main site ( http://www.jcbsong.co.uk/ ) the song was based on some real life experiences of the writer as a child. It certainly strikes a chord or two with me

reminds me of the days of not having a care in the world, sat as he says on the toolbox watching the seagulls swoop down and scavange the worms from the freshly ploughed field, ahhhh. (obviously mine was a tractor not a JCB )

jo whiley has been playing this all week. at first i didn't like it but then as the week progressed i found myself really liking it. the video is very good!

i love it, Would be even better if you could buy it as a video/dvd so playing it in your motor you could see the video aswell would work with the kids
