PLEASE HELP! Got a job interview.
Been out of the job market for the last few years whilst bringing up the kids. Decided recently to go back to work and have this morning had a call from Lloyds TSB requesting I go for an interview this Thursday. Told me it was a competency based interview, what should I expect.
Background is 8 years working for Nat West doimg all aspects of banking work.

It'll probably be basic maths, transaction type stuff, I wouldn't worry about it. If they've shortlisted you, then they obviously think you're able to do the job - good luck (and take a calculator!!!)
