DVD Playback Stutter
DVD playback on my laptop has developed a stutter in the last few days, although I've made no changes/done anything different to warrant it. There's plenty of room on the HDD, the computer is free of viruses/adware and everything runs as normal, bar this.
I've tried playback with InterVideo WinDVD 5, which I use normally, as well as Real Player and Windows Media Player, all have the same problem.
I know this is in NSR, but I didn't fancy placing it among the tumbleweed in the computing forum.

I have done, but still no joy. 
Edit: It's now stretched to all playback via the drive so it has to be a hardware problem, ouch.
